Field Trips
Do you have a group of kids who would enjoy a breath of fresh air? We can arrange a field trip for your group. Nature based, we will take a walk through the orchard (or hop on the hayrack ride, weather permitting), talk about how apple trees and pumpkins grow, see some of the tools it takes to run the farm, tour the pumpkin patches, and even “buzz” by the beehives. Each child will pick their own apple and be given a small pumpkin (depending on harvest time) at the end of their visit.

2009 Johnny Appleseed Winner!

Ian is our 2009 winner from the Field Trip “Johnny Appleseed” Coloring Sheet Drawing. He won a Honey Creek Acres t-shirt and the pumpkin of his choice. Thanks to all of the children who participated in our drawing… we were very impressed with the coloring sheets children turned in. Great job to all, and congratulations, Ian!
