Apples
Honey Creek tends to 30 acres of apple trees on its grounds. Previous owners opened the orchard to the public in 1977 and continued to open every fall for nearly 20 years. New owners - Mike & Sherry - took on the orchard in July 2007. There is much work to be done!
Honey Creek is not just about apples any more... we tilled the open land to make room for pumpkin and gourd patches, and have filled the apple house with our produce!
The late spring freeze of 2007 made it challenging for all apple lovers to find a producing tree... and we are sure excited to reap in the fruit this fall! We planted 420 new apple trees this spring and will continue to add to the orchard so we can offer our customers the best quality and variety.
Walk through our rows of apple trees and pick what fits your fancy, or gather already picked apples in the shop!
